Sprinkle OLD BAY SEASONING on: French fries, hamburgers, popped corn, pizza, baked potatoes, meats, deviled eggs, poultry, baked casseroles & fish.
FRIED CHICKEN: 2 1/2 to 3 pounds chickens parts 1 cup flour 1/4 cup OLD BAY SEASONING 2 cups cooking oil 2 tablespoons water 1 egg, beaten Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix flour and OLD BAY SEASONING in plastic bag. Heat cooking oil in large skillet. Combine egg and water in mixing bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake in flour mixture (a few pieces at a time). Fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 20 minutes per side. * For more flavor, use OLD BAY SEASONING to sprinkle over finished chicken.
