Spicy Shrimp and Tomato Skillet


Recipe Prep Time: 15 mins 

Recipe Cook Time: 10 min 

Serves : 4 as entree / 8 as appetizer


  • 1- lb shrimp (20-30 peeled and de-veined)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 T butter
  • I cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T Hank's Heat
  • 1 T chopped chives
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a medium bowl combine shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and Hank's Heat. Let marinade 10-15 mins
  • Melt butter in large skillet over med heat. Add shrimp and lemon juice, cook until shrimp are cooked through
  • Remove shrimp from pan and add tomatoes to sauce. Sauté for 2 mins
  • Add shrimp back to pan to heat, season with salt and pepper, garnish with chives
  • Serve with rice for an entree or crostinis for an appetizer.
