Creamy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta

Creamy, zesty pasta and tender, shredded chicken – it’s an all-in-one all-star! From kitchen to table in just 30 minutes, this flavorful favorite gets a spicy twist with Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning Blend. Top with parsley and some extra Frank’s RedHot Sauce if you’re feeling fiery.

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 cups Kitchen Basics Original Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 8 oz penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley


MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.

STIR in Seasoning Blend, stock, and water. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta. Cover. Cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.

STIR in chicken, heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened and cream cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with Frank’s RedHot Sauce, if desired.
