Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange (no refunds)in new, unopened condition & received in resalable condition within (30) days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If customer REFUSES delivery, return shipping charges & a 25% restocking fee will apply.
ALL returns must be authorized before they will be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

UPS ADDRESS/NAME CORRECTIONS
There is a $10.00 SURCHARGE by UPS if they correct the delivery name or address. Be sure to give us complete information when you order.

PO BOX
PO Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail. A $2.50 surcharge will be added to your order. (USPS orders ship once a week. (Either Wednesday or Thursday)

ALASKA & HAWAII
We ship Priority Mail ONLY. FOB Syracuse, New York, by weight with a $2.50 surcharge. If you require a quote BEFORE the shipment is processed enter a request in the special instructions box on the order form. (USPS orders ship once a week. Either Wednesday or Thursday)
APO/FPO
These are shipped Priority mail-(shipping is based on weight).$2.50 surcharge for USPS shipments is added to the actual postage. (USPS orders ship once a week. Either Wednesday or Thursday)

Out Of Stock Policy
Out of stocks occur. When this happens, you will be emailed if the product(s)will be NOT stock for 2 weeks or more. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will treat your order as "standing" and proceed accordingly.(SUBSTITUTIONS OF SIMILAR PRODUCTS &/or LABEL CHANGES WILL OCCUR ONLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS) It is very important that you look for our email (see receiving emails) because cancellation of "standing" orders can result in bank and/or handling charges.

Customer Errors
ORDERING ERRORS MAY RESULT IN DELAYS and/or ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Errors include misspelled names & addresses; or INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT credit card numbers (WE DO NOT USE 3rd PARTIES). We will attempt to contact you in the event by email &/or phone, but will assess a $2.50 surcharge to the order. Please review submitted information in advance.

Cancelation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time, without penalty, provided that they have not been processed or packaged for shipping. This usually happens within 12 hours. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the order has been processed, but has not shipped.
After that, shipping charges will be added to the order in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
To avoid problems, please check your emails, especially when requesting accelerated shipping.

**PLEASE NOTE**Some internet services (aol,hotmail,earthlink,etc.) filter & block emails not authorized for receipt.

Unauthorized Returns
Refused deliveries & unauthorized returns will be charged for shipping (both ways) & a 25% restocking fee.

Emails
To guarantee receipt of emails (even after you get a confirmation email that your order was placed), make sure you have added us to your address book. Failure to respond to emails in a timely fashion may result in delays and/or additional charges. This is especially important during the holidays and when requesting accelerated shipping.
